Drill Operator - 2nd Shift

Starting Pay: $20+/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

Hours: 4:00PM - 3:30AM, M-TH

At PVS Structures, we don't just shape steelwe shape the future. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Drill Operator to join our fabrication team on 2nd shift. If you've got experience with CNC drills or similar machines and thrive in a hands-on environment, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do:

You'll be part of our Small Parts Fabrication team, operating CNC equipment and drill presses to produce components used in some of the largest structural steel projects in the country. You'll work from blueprints, follow production schedules, and make precise cuts and drills that help us meet quality and safety standards every time.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

* Operating drill machines, upright and radial arm drill presses, saws, and hand tools

* Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders

* Measuring and marking parts using calipers, tape measures, and squares

* Setting feeds, speeds, and depths using shop math

* Performing basic preventative maintenance and keeping your area clean and safe

* Working with your team to maintain workflow and hit production goals

* Following safety procedures when handling material, using cranes or vacuum lifts, and working with hot parts

What You'll Bring:

* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* 6+ months running a drill or similar machine

* The ability to read and follow blueprints and measurements accurately

* Comfort using standard measuring tools

* Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude

Bonus Points For:

* Forklift experience

* Overhead Crane experience

* Solid communication and teamwork skills

* A drive to keep learning and improving
