Kitchen and Bath remodeling Supervisor (Maitland Winter Park Orlando) compensation: $25-30 per hour based on experience employment type: job title: Kitchen and Bath remodeling Supervisor We are a growing Company specializing in Residential remodeling and new construction. We are seeking a qualified candidate that is capable of being hands on, leading a project and has the skills to do some of the required tasks to complete the job. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in and understand the flow of construction, able to read blueprints and calculate measurements. Must be respectful, Drug Free and reliable. Reliable means showing up for work in a timely and consistent manner. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. If you don't have tools, we can supply them as we have most tools needed. Must also be knowledgeable in kitchen/bath remodels and be able to coordinate sub trades as well as knowledge of installing cabinets/trim. Skill requirements: trim carpentry-doors, casing, baseboard, crown, small drywall repairs, minor framing. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term position with a highly reputable Company. As a Job Superintendent, you will be scheduling trades and Supervising trade work. On occasion will be assisting installing cabinets if necessary.
