JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/working superintendent to be on site with various projects. This position will require leadership skills and the ability to supervise crews and also have direct involvement in all tasks. The selected individual will be onsite executing various construction duties including working with contractors and inspectors as well as managing and overseeing the project. Another aspect of this position is the ability to guide and mentor their crew who come with a diverse level of skills. Through instruction, guidance and the ability to lead, the Foreman plays a vital role to organize , train and guide their crew to succeed in a variety of projects. QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years excavation experience required - Experience operating various heavy equipment required -Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and following complex instructions in a detailed manner -Extensive knowledge of constructions procedures, tools and machinery a must - CDL not required but preferred -Leadership and team management skills -Performing daily logs and reporting time for job costing -Be able to have the physical fitness to meet the job demands BENEFITS Health care options, AFLAC, employer matched retirement and 401K Principals only.
