Construction/Handyman/Property Maintenance Position(s) (Grants NM) compensation: $15-30 per hour, dependent on experience, tools, etc. employment type: job title: Property Maintenance and Remodeling Looking for individual(s) to perform a wide range of tasks for a small real estate company in Cibola County. Work consists of general construction, remodeling, and maintenance tasks to include: Roof replacements, cabinet assembly and installation, yard work, tile and laminate flooring installation, demolition, plumbing repairs and calls, installing and replacing interior and exterior doors and locks, painting, drywall installation and patching, tape and texture, basic appliance/electrical troubleshooting, small concrete projects, cleaning, landscaping etc. Candidates will have to be local or relocate to the Grants/Milan area. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, results driven with attention to detail. Organizational skills are a plus. Typical schedule is 4-10's with Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays off (will vary from time to time). PTO program. Willing to train motivated individuals. Pay is negotiable based on skills, tools, experience, etc. Supervisor position available to the right candidate. Transportation and a working smartphone are a must.
