General Laborer - Weekend

General laborer: Loader/unloader - prepare extruded aluminum to be loaded into paint paint booths and ovens to dry. take the aluminum pieces off the rack after they have cooled and dried. Ensure quality compliance and customer specifications are being followed, and checking quality defects, scrapping defective material and using a forklift to transfer the material. General Duties and responsibilities Work with large industrial equipment. Wear Personal Protective Equipment - ear plugs, safety glasses, and boots - at all times. Comply with all policies and procedures in accordance with our quality management system Review and follow work order instructions and best practice requirements. Adhere and promote all safety requirements. Read and understand dimensional prints. Operate measuring devices. Operate a forklift. Detailed oriented individual able to frequently perform multiple tasks at a given time. Able to independently perform simple calculations. Communicate well and interact with others effectively. Working knowledge of extrusion press responsibilities. Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and ability to lift, push, pull at least 50 pounds. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.15 - $20.15/hr.
