What We Need From You
A great attitude and an even better personality. You must be able to take a little good-natured ribbing without your feelings getting hurt. If we're picking on you, it means we like you. A friendly warning: if you show up with Ryobi tools, you're just asking for it.
The ability to work all day without checking your phone every five minutes. And seriously, keep your trips to the porta-john to a minimum. Who wants to spend all day in that blue, stinky sauna anyway?
The strength to lift an 80-pound sack of concrete. And a little bit of common sense so you don't hurt yourself or anyone else in the process.
A can-do attitude. We want someone who gets excited about a new task, not someone who sighs dramatically and looks for the nearest chair.
Reliable transportation. A clean license and a dependable vehicle are a must. Our jobs are mostly within a 30-mile radius of downtown Greenville, so no bikes or skateboardsunless you're a pro BMX biker, then we might make an exception. Just kidding. We won't.
A full set of hand tools. We'll provide a list once you're hired, so don't show up with just a screwdriver and a can-do attitude.
No smoking on the job site. The only exception is if you bring a Traeger smoker. In that case, we'll provide the brisket.
