ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages projects through the entire project life cycle of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Close Out.
Leads and coordinates multiple interrelated projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
Leads cross functional AECC teams to ensure projects are delivered as required.
Performs quality control on projects, developing risk mitigation plans and implementing other corrective/preventive measures as required.
Develops and manages detailed project schedules and budgets and facilitates effective project status meetings.
Communicates projects status and risks to senior leadership, influencing decisions and securing support
Leads development of equipment supply and construction contracts as required. Manages contracts to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables required to complete projects.
Assists in development of project safety plans and participates in monitoring and enforcement of the plans for assigned projects.
Mentors junior project managers, leads process improvement initiatives, and contributes to the development and refinement of project management standards, tools and methodologies.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in such fields as Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or other technical field.
Project Manager I -
3 years related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consideration given for a technical field with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
Project Manager II -
5 years related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consideration given for a technical field with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
Project Manager III -
7 years related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consideration given for a technical field with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
Sr. Project Manager -
10 years related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consideration given for a technical field with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
