Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Charlotte, NC. This role involves installing, assembling, and assisting in the startup of commercial HVAC systems. Candidates with their own HVAC tools will be strongly preferred.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and assembling commercial HVAC systems and components

• Hanging and connecting ductwork (sheet metal and flexible)

• Installing hangers, supports, and insulation

• Assisting with refrigerant piping, condensate piping, and system connections

• Helping with system startup, testing, and troubleshooting

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Following site safety guidelines and OSHA requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Having your own HVAC tools is a plus

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
