Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Commercial Plumbers based out of Monroe, NC. This position requires flexibility, as work will be performed at various sites throughout the Charlotte region and occasionally up to 1.5-2 hours away (e.g., Chapel Hill, Durham). Most work involves fast-paced commercial plumbing installation on new construction projects, with frequent site changes.

Work Scope Includes:

• Commercial installation of new plumbing systems

• Performing work in phases: slab, rough-in, fixtures, etc.

• Installing and connecting various piping systems

• Working efficiently on quick turnaround projects (2-3 days per section)

• Moving between multiple job sites as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience

• Must be willing to travel for jobs within and around the Charlotte region

• Reliable transportation to the office each day (company truck provided to ride to job sites)

• Must have own plumbing hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
