Williams Plumbing is hiring a Welder to play a key role in bringing our projects to life - reading blueprints, crafting strong, clean welds, and collaborating with a team that values quality and teamwork. From carbon steel pipe to flat plate materials, your skill and attention to detail will help shape work that lasts.

Williams is the Northwest's largest plumbing contractor. We believe in the power of prefabrication: it helps us meet modern construction deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality. Our 15,000 sq. ft. prefabrication facility in Belgrade allows us to work in a controlled, atmospheric environment. We use the most advanced equipment and processes available.
What You'll Do:
Interpret blueprints and product specs to plan welds and assemblies
Perform MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding with precision
Prep parts through cutting, grinding, drilling, and tack welding
Operate fabrication tools like grinders, plasma cutters, and drills
Maintain equipment and keeping a clean, safe workspace
Deliver quality work that meets or exceeds project standards
Collaborate with a skilled crew that has your back
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
AWS certification and/or pipefitting experience (a big plus!)
Solid understanding of welding fundamentals and fabrication tools
Team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic
Someone who takes pride in getting the job done right - and safely
Ability to adapt, solve problems, and follow instructions
