This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $18-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform residential HVAC installs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Assist with or perform job estimating (training provided if no prior experience). Work exclusively on residential systems - no commercial work. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience. Standard PPE.
