Secret Clearance Required to Start

Join a cross-functional engineering team designing, integrating, and testing advanced electrical systems for mission-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop innovative solutions, and gain mentorship from senior engineers with decades of experience across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analog and mixed-signal circuit design and analysis using tools such as Hyperlynx (Power Integrity & Signal Integrity) and LTSpice .

• Design high-voltage regulators in compliance with safety and design rules.

• Develop digital backplane designs (e.g., 3U VPX) in accordance with VITA/SOSA standards .

• Lead circuit card design including architecture, assembly, and component selection.

• Support R&D activities from concept through prototyping and testing .

• Troubleshoot and verify electrical performance to meet stringent requirements.

• Stay ahead of technology trends and apply them to new design architectures.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

• Education: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.

• Experience: 5+ years (or Masters + 3 years) in electrical design.

• Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required.

• Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in circuit card design and mixed-signal circuit analysis.

  • Experience with analog, digital, and high-voltage power systems.

  • Familiarity with VITA and SOSA compliance for backplane designs.

  • Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• R&D experience in concept development, modeling, and prototyping.
