Senior Estimator
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team, where you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for various projects. You will play a crucial role in defining and quantifying scopes of work and developing budgetary and construction cost estimates.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates by calculating statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs.
  • Define and quantify scopes of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects.
  • Review and research historical data to compile summary reports and develop guidelines and precedents for future estimates.
Essential Skills
  • 8+ years of estimating experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in civil structural and architecture estimating.
  • Project management and construction management experience.
  • Commercial construction experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Revit is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $58.00/hr.
