Bilingual Lead Siding Installer

Install, repair, and replace siding (vinyl, Hardie board, metal, wood, etc.) on residential and commercial projects.
Lead and supervise a small crew, ensuring work is completed on time and to company standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of siding installation experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) for clear communication with clients and crew.
Proficiency with siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, metal, wood) and installation techniques.
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in siding installation (e.g., brakes, saws, nail guns).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
