What will you do?- Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
- Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
- Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
- Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor
- Supervise 5-6 personnel including overnight security, groundskeepers and maintenance staff
- The position includes machinery operation, snow removal and minor vehicle maintenance
- Operates motor vehicle as necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
- Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- No college degree required
- HVAC, Electrical and general property maintenance a must
- Computer and payroll experience are helpful
- Managing, directing and organizing projects and personnel required
- Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
