- Assist experienced roofers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems
- Learn to properly use and maintain roofing tools and equipment
- Help with the preparation of roofing materials and job sites
- Assist in the removal of old roofing materials
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols
- Clean up work areas and properly dispose of debris
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Learn about different roofing techniques and materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced roofers
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to safety and following proper procedures
