Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing industrial equipment on site. Your expertise will be required in working with industrial ovens, mixers, slicing machines, conveyors, weighing machines, and packaging machines. Strong experience working with conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes, and sensors is essential. You should be capable of troubleshooting PLCs and making basic edits and adjustments, including sensor timing. Experience with robotics is a plus.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Conduct maintenance repairs on machinery.
+ Utilize knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics in repair tasks.
+ Apply expertise in industrial maintenance and preventative maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and make necessary adjustments.
+ Conduct electrical maintenance and work with Allen-Bradley automation systems.
+ Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Electrical experience, including PLC troubleshooting.
+ Ability to wire motors and work with voltages ranging from 12V to 480V.
+ Skill in reading and interpreting schematics.
+ Food and beverage industry experience, preferably from a bakery manufacturing plant.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Robotic experience is a plus.
+ Capability to work 10-hour shifts.
+ Experience with electrical maintenance and automation systems.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a non-climate controlled environment, with some areas being very hot due to the presence of ovens. The position requires working on the 2nd shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, following a 3-2-2 schedule with lockdowns on weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $36.10 - $36.10/hr.
