Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for an Advanced Mechanical Engineer to work from their Florham Park, NJ facility. As a mechanical engineer for Intelligence Systems, you'll be a mechanical design engineer on a cross functional team responsible for creating innovative hardware solutions for demanding environments. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: proficiency in mechanical CAD (especially CREO), detailed mechanical design and drawings/documentation, mechanical analysis (structural and thermal).
