Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Retail Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for retail stores, from planning and design to execution and completion. This role will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Retail Project Manager will work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects for retail stores, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to develop and finalize construction plans and specifications.
- Ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, monitor project costs, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure that projects are meeting quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and change orders.
- Train and supervise construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$98,600.00 - $176,100.00Compensation Frequency:
AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
