Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Location:El Paso, TX/ American Canal Project

: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience in operating heavy machinery including Excavators (track hoe) and Dozers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equipment operation techniques, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. This role requires precision and attention to detail to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate Excavators (track hoe) and Dozers safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality and identify any maintenance needs.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator with proficiency in Excavators (track hoe) and Dozers.

Strong understanding of equipment operation techniques and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and strength to perform duties in various weather conditions and environments.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in heavy equipment operation or equivalent training.

Prior experience in construction or related industries.
