Construction Project Manager - Central NJ

Title: Construction Project Manager
Reporting Relationship: The position will report directly to the CEO of Crawford Customs LLC

Job Description Summary: Day to day management of both residential and commercial construction projects. These projects may consist of new construction, remodels and/or rehab work. Many projects run simultaneously and are primarily located in Central NJ.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot all projects and resolve daily construction issues
Lead the demolition, clean up, on-site maintenance and material runs
Schedule sub-contractors for all on-site tasks
Read construction drawings and monitor for correct build per architectural plans
Create and maintain construction schedule with advice from CEO
Interact with homeowners, architects and engineers for any corrections, means and methods required

Qualifications:
5+ years of prior construction experience
Prior customer service and experience working with homeowners strongly preferred
Valid and active Drivers License
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must be at least 21 years of age
Background check required
Must be able to lift and/or carry 50lbs
Must have your own transportation to and from the job
Must have your own basic tools

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Length of Role: 12+ months (with potential to extend)
Projected Annual Pay: $75,000 - 85,000
Start Date: 9/1/2025
Personal Time Off: 2 weeks
