Senior Project Manager / Estimator HVAC Boston, MA

Ground Floor Opportunity with growing Construction GC is expanding its plumbing division and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Estimator to take the lead on current local and state HVAC projects. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who can step into live jobs and contribute immediately.

Senior Project Manager / Estimator HVAC Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary between $140,000$160,000 (target $150,000 based on experience)

Discretionary bonus based on project profitability

Senior Project Manager / Estimator HVAC Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on estimating experience and 5+ years in project management

510+ years of HVAC construction experience, with a proven track record in both estimating and managing projects

Successful history leading construction projects from bid through completion

local and state public bidding and estimating experience it is a huge plus

Able to hit the ground running step into active projects, produce accurate estimates, and build detailed execution plans immediately

Senior Project Manager / Estimator HVAC Preferred Background & Skills:

Ability to lead projects independently while maintaining team collaboration and compliance standards

Proficient in Bluebeam , Procore , and Microsoft Excel
