- Communicate proactively with clients to build trust, clarify expectations, and resolve issues.
- Monitor materials and procurement timelines to keep projects moving and on budget.
- Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation with accuracy and care.
- Support weekly production meetings, mentor field staff, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in residential remodeling or design-build construction
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, project workflows, codes, and sequencing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ability to read CAD drawings.
- A proven track record of building positive client relationships and high-performance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and vendor coordination.
Bonus points for LEED AP or sustainable construction experience.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package
- Health insurance benefits
- Paid holidays and vacation time
- Culture of respect, craftsmanship, and integrity
- Opportunities for growth within a thriving firm
- The satisfaction of seeing your work stand the test of time
