Handyman Skills Needed

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Skills:

Be self-motivated, and extremely organized.
Valid Driver's License & clean driving record.
Experience with methods to safely exclude wildlife from buildings, including sealing entry points, installing barriers, and constructing animal-proof systems.
Proficiency in general construction, carpentry, roofing, and other repair techniques to fix damages caused by wildlife.
Hand and Power Tools: Ability to safely use a variety of tools like drills, saws, hammers, and ladders.
Work in confined spaces (attics & crawlspaces)
Work in various outdoor weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Safely carry, set up and work on extension ladders up to 40ft
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Exterior repairs (soffit repair, sealing foundation, installing vents, chimney caps, etc.)
Gutter guard and drip edge installation
Plumbing Vent Installation
Seal roof and fascia
Securing soffit gaps
Repairing holes in siding
Installation of roof vent guards
Cleaning and sanitation
Insulation removal and install
Vapor barrier removal and install
