Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project managers and design teams in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and architectural projects
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams

Administrative & Logistical Oversight

  • Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare progress reports and assist in budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files

Client & Vendor Interaction

  • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Support client presentations and assist with proposal development

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator in construction, architecture, or a related industry
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
