Handyman Needed $50/hr

Skilled handyman wanted for various home and garage projects. Must have experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. Friendly, reliable, and able to consult on best approaches for each job. More work available if quality is delivered.

Projects:

Garage: install: vents, cabinets, fans, vented heater; LP heater removal, eave repairs

Repairs: busted tongue-and-groove sauna ceiling, house roof loose pieces, replace large picture window, toilet float kit, water filter housing; junk drawer fix, mold removal around chimney and trim

Advice: AC hole cover-up, chipped porch, bay window upholsterer

Rate: $50/hr, paid after each project phase.
