  • Employs systems engineering rigor and discipline to support the research, design, development, integration, production, fielding, and sustainment of high-power, high-performance RF integrated radar simulators (and other complex electronic systems).
  • Leads, plans, coordinates, and manages entire projects often highly-complex and spanning multiple engineering disciplines to achieve critical project/program objectives and deliverables.
  • Routinely communicates and collaborates with cross-domain teams (both internal and external) across multiple technical disciplines to influence decision-making in regard to solutions, designs, process and/or approaches.
  • Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions to highly complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple engineering disciplines.
  • solutions to achieve functional objectives.
