Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities from project start to completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders

• Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards

• Lead onsite meetings and problem-solve issues as they arise

• Maintain organized site documentation and daily reports

Background Experience:

• Experience as a superintendent, foreman, or in a similar construction leadership role

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with jobsite safety requirements and OSHA guidelines

• Education or certifications in construction-related fields are a plus but not required
