CNC Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator who will play a crucial role in our production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Complete machine set-up sheet and prepare the machine for production.

+ Assist with the implementation of quality control plans.

+ Follow the first piece inspection procedure.

+ Acquire parts to be machined and read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.

+ Machine parts to the required specifications.

+ Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.

+ Move parts to designated areas and replace worn tooling as needed.

+ Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.

+ Work within OSHA and ISO standards.

+ Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in operating CNC machines.

+ Ability to read blueprints and tooling instructions.

+ Experience with calipers and micrometers.

+ Minimum of 5 years of CNC experience.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 2+ years of experience at each previous company.

+ Experience in machine setup is advantageous.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
