MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on quality and safety. You will be responsible for setting up and welding parts using MIG welding techniques, while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and weld parts using MIG welding (GMAW).
+ Use hand tools such as grinders, air, and power tools.
+ Read, understand, and follow blueprints.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
+ Maintain a clean work area.
+ Keep up with production demands while working safely.
**Essential Skills**

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 4 years of previous experience in welding and fabrication

The 1st shift operates Monday-Thursday from 5:30am to 3:30pm and Friday from 5:30am to 2pm. The 2nd shift operates Monday-Thursday from 4pm to 4am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
