**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated laborer with the ability to perform light repairs using hand tools on walls, trim, and windows. This role involves cleaning trailers with a mop and broom, as well as painting floors, walls, and ceilings using a roller.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use hand tools to perform light repairs on walls, trim, and windows.

+ Clean trailers using a mop and broom.

+ Paint floors, walls, and ceilings using a roller.

**Essential Skills**

+ General labor experience

+ Cleaning skills

+ Proficiency with hand tools

+ 6+ months of manual labor experience

+ Willingness to clean

+ Willingness to learn

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Any electrical or HVAC knowledge is a plus

+ Experience in construction is advantageous

**Work Environment**

The work takes place in a large storage yard full of containers, where employees are exposed to the elements. The team is small, consisting of three current members, with two new hires joining them.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
