Commercial Plumbing Foreman

TPC Mechanical Contractors is looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Foreman to oversee plumbing installations and manage on-site crews. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, working alongside the team while providing leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

_ Key Responsibilities: _

Lead and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices on commercial plumbing projects.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment, in accordance with project specifications and local codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals to plan and execute work.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor material and equipment usage, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to maintain project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports and timekeeping.

_ Qualifications: _

Minimum of 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred or required, depending on state regulations).
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local plumbing codes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
