Job Title: Business Development Manager Customized Audit Solutions
Location: United States - remote
Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join our existing Internal & Supplier Audit sales team based within the United States.
About the role:
In this exciting new role, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and innovation of our tailored audit solution offerings.
You will leverage your expertise in consultative and solution-based sales, seeking opportunities to pursue new business and turning prospects into long-term trusted partnerships.
You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, risk and compliance to design and deliver customized offerings that solve real client challenges. From hunting new business to deepening relationships with key clients, youll be a driving force in expanding our reach and strengthening our market position across the AMAS.
This role is critical in how we shape and deliver our solutions, elevating the client experience and championing operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Effectively drive business growth by hunting, prospecting and securing new business.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating agreements.
Collaborate with BSIs Global Internal and Supplier Audit teams and internal stakeholders to align with service priorities and strategy.
Engage with existing accounts through ongoing partnerships with Operational and Delivery teams to support retention.
Achieve assigned sales targets, ensuring profitable growth and strategic objectives.
Support sales colleagues across the Americas in promoting Internal and Supplier Audit services to their clients and prospects.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
At least 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in solution sales and business development.
Demonstrable experience in prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Experience in assessment/audit solutions within a professional services environment.
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce is desirable.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $84,800 to $106,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
