Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operations on job sites. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Duties

Operate and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, water trucks, front loader trucks, skidloaders, quad and scraper, excavators,motor graders, dozers,gps
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize farm machinery for various tasks such as digging and transporting materials.
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and safely.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and report any significant concerns to management.

Experience

Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dump trucks, Caterpillar,John Deere equipment,is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
Familiarity with farm machinery operations is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
