Foreman Carpenter/Maintenance

- Manage and supervise construction, remodel and repair projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Oversee the quality of work performed and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Estimate project costs and prepare bids for new construction projects
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and communicate with team members
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success -Train and evaluate younger less experienced crewmembers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Ability to estimate materials and perform takeoffs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team -Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with project managers.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
