We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, build, and implement intelligent solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of modern AI frameworks and demonstrate leadership in applying AI to real-world enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, from concept through deployment, including data preparation, model training/fine-tuning, and integration with existing systems.

Design scalable AI pipelines capable of interacting with LLMs, external tools, APIs, and databases, ensuring performance and reliability at production scale.

Evaluate and benchmark various

Large Language Models (LLMs)

(e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA) based on specific use case requirements such as latency, accuracy, cost, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align GenAI solutions with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI developers and researchers, promoting best practices in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and secure deployment.

Work hands-on when necessary to build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs) demonstrating innovative use of GenAI.
