Job Title: Senior Architectural Drafter
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Salary: Pay Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed residential construction documents and plans using AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and other drafting software.
Collaborate with the creative director, and the quality control team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Interpret and incorporate design concepts, building codes, and regulations into technical drawings.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data and measurements for drafting.
Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Drafting
Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture Revit welcomed but not required
Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Motivated, energetic, and inspired.
