Job Description

Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for an Electrician - Level II (Hybrid Apprentice Position) for their Lakewood , NY/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Equipment Availability: Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime

Promote Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment

Maintain High Quality Standards: Follow quality procedures and demonstrate attention to detail in all work

Support Preventive Maintenance: Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan

Efficient Problem Solving: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes

Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities that enhance quality, safety, and productivity

Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and support teams to ensure smooth operations

High school diploma or equivalent required

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Internal Candidates: Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
