Golden Touch Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior transformations. What Youll Do

-Lead day-to-day job site operations on residential remodel projects
-Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication
-Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and specifications with accuracy
-Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks from rough framing to detailed finish work, including cabinet and trim installation
-Serve as a mentor to junior carpenters, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment
-Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and well-organized
-Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges as they arise
-Communicate professionally with homeowners to instill confidence and clarity throughout the project

What Were Looking For

-Proven experience in residential remodeling kitchens, baths, and interiors
-Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry, including doors, flooring, cabinets, and millwork
-Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems as they relate to residential remodels
-Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety
-Organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Note: This role does not require or permit performing trade work outside carpentry but a working understanding of these systems is critical to coordinating sequencing and troubleshooting onsite.
