Project Coordinator – Sales Heavy (Lumberyard)

We’re looking for a sales-driven project coordinator to join our lumberyard team! If you can close deals, read blueprints, take field measurements, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish—you’re our kind of person.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive full-cycle sales from first contact to delivery.

• Read plans & create accurate material lists.

• Coordinate with vendors, yard staff & delivery teams.

• Keep customers informed and projects on schedule.

• Use Microsoft Office to track and manage project details.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in sales, project management, or construction management (degree preferred).

• Ability to read construction drawings & perform field measurements.

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

• Lumber or building materials experience a plus.
