Pay: $30 - $40 per hour (Based on experience)
Expected Hours: 40-50 hours per week

Job Description:

Legend Companies is actively seeking a Carpenter/Facility Maintenance Foreman to lead our growing maintenance team. As a Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, to high standards, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
Oversee and participate in facility maintenance tasks such as tile and grout repair, laminate flooring installation, suspended ceiling repairs, drywall work, and light carpentry
Track project progress, and provide hands-on support to the team as needed
Ensure all projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget
Maintain communication with Project Manager to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Maintain an inventory of tools and materials, ordering supplies as needed
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure proper documentation of work performed, including photos, reports, and time tracking

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or construction, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks (tile, drywall, door installations, carpentry, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, TechAnywhere, and Google Docs
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to lead multiple projects at once and ensure timely completion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to ensure a safe work environment
Must be available for occasional night shifts, and occasional overtime ( A notice will be given ahead of time )

Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
On-call and night shifts as required
