Lead Plumbing Technician - Minimum 3 Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing and maintaining plumbing systems, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge on HVAC and/or Boiler systems is a plus. Plumber will work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects.

Level of Experience will determine hourly rate/Minimum 3 Years of Plumbing Experience Required

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
Install and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repairs and answering questions
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Adhere to safety standards and regulations
Maintain a good driving record and respect for vans as well as tools.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
Valid plumbing license
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
