Who We're Looking For: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews effectively. The Superintendent plays a critical role in delivering high-quality homes that meet client expectations and Classique standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all on-site activities for custom home construction projects.
Ensure that construction schedules are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house labor teams.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Collaborate with the Construction Production Manager and design team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.
Track and manage project costs, including materials, labor, and change orders.
Maintain detailed daily logs of job site activities, progress, and challenges.
Ensure a clean and organized job site that promotes efficiency and safety.
Participate in final walkthroughs with clients and ensure punch list items are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in custom home building
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus (eg, Buildertrend, SAGE).
Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
