Our Client
If you are an accomplished sales leader with deep experience in the construction and design industry — and you’re ready to call on leading builders, developers, architects, designers, and building owners — this opportunity could be the next step in your career.

Our client is a privately owned, well-established manufacturer of custom, high-end European-designed kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. For decades, their craftsmanship, technical expertise, and commitment to service have made them a trusted partner in the luxury residential and multifamily sectors. Their cabinetry can be found in some of the most prestigious properties and landmark developments across the country.

The Position

The Regional Vice President of Sales – Southeast will be responsible for driving new business while strengthening existing partnerships in the region. The ideal candidate brings extensive construction and design industry experience, with a strong background selling cabinetry, or architectural millwork building products into complex, high-end, design-driven projects.

This highly visible and strategically important role requires someone who can:

  • Navigate the unique demands of builders, developers, architects, designers, and building owners.
  • Interpret architectural plans, cabinetry shop drawings, and specifications to guide projects from concept to installation.
  • Leverage both existing networks and new relationships to expand market share in the builder/developer channel.
  • Represent a respected brand that delivers on its promises with a long-standing record of executing at the highest level.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Service and grow relationships with builders, developers, architects, designers, and building owners through regular calls, site visits, and project engagement.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities with local, regional, and national developers and design professionals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pricing, and RFP responses that highlight both design excellence and technical capability.
  • Monitor sales trends, margins, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Partner with marketing to create impactful collateral that positions the company as the cabinetry provider of choice for high-profile, design-driven projects.
  • Maintain a documented pipeline in CRM and provide regular reporting on sales activity.

Requisite Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction, cabinetry, millwork, or related building products (luxury residential/multifamily strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with builders, developers, architects, designers, and owners.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, cabinetry shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Skilled at consultative sales with complex, long-cycle projects.

Competencies

  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role while covering a large territory.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with credibility in design and construction environments.

Attributes

  • Relationship-driven, solutions-oriented, and highly adaptable.
  • Confident, professional, and passionate about design and construction.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Why This Role?

This position offers the chance to represent a respected cabinetry brand with a long history of delivering exceptional results on landmark projects. You’ll work directly with ownership, enjoy a high level of autonomy, and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the luxury residential and multifamily construction markets across the Southeast.

Only candidates with proven experience in cabinetry, or architectural millwork product sales within the construction and design industry will be considered.
