Licensed Plumber, HVAC, Burner or Drain Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. As a technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain systems in residential buildings.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct routine inspections of systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Perform heavy lifting as needed for installation or repair tasks.
Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a technician
Strong mechanical knowledge related to systems and components.
Experience with heavy lifting; physical stamina is required for this role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
