What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader to manage stockpiles and load customer trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Communicate with dispatch and scale house to coordinate material movement
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support plant operations and assist with other duties as needed

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
