Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Provide inputs to and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and conduct weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to facilitate project progress.
- Track and manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Report project status, including technical progress, risks, and issues, to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Elaborate and manage stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering related field.
- Proven experience in aerospace engineering, specifically in the design and development of electronic products.
- Understanding of DO-178, DO-160, and DO-254 guidelines and other regulations for Aerospace/Defense/Automotive/Medical/Pharmaceutical.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing change requests.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report status to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
