Licnsed Journeyman Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. This role involves performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial environments. The Journeyperson Plumber will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Hours can be flexible.

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or defects.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently.
Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
Perform heavy lifting as required while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Experience
Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a background in construction plumbing.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to plumbing systems.
Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus for roles requiring transportation of materials or equipment.
Experience working alongside other trades such as carpentry or HVAC is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with plumbing installations and repairs.
