Electric City Tooling (ECT) is seeking a skilled and certified Senior Welder & Fabrication Lead to take charge of welding operations and fabrication of heavy-duty augers and related tooling. If youve got the experience and leadership to back it up, this is your chance to help shape a growing shop from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MIG and Stick welding on structural and tool components.
Lead and mentor junior welders and fabrication crew.
Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in daily shop operations.
Interpret drawings and collaborate with engineering on fabrication details.
Support shop scheduling and help develop better processes and layout.
Qualifications:
10+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
Current welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) required.
Proven team leadership or foreman experience.
Excellent blueprint reading and fabrication layout skills.
Reliable, organized, and committed to quality.
