Location: 60 Pacific Drive Suite 230, Quakertown, PA 18951
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Temp-to-Perm (4-month contract)
Whats a typical day as a Technical Operator? You will:
Perform a variety of duties on the manufacturing floor, including production, packaging, forklift operation, and warehouse functions
Conduct minor machine maintenance and care
Maintain high-quality standards in all production processes
Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times
Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to meet production goals
Be flexible and available for overtime as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of manufacturing experience (trade school experience a plus)
Familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices
Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
Commitment to safety and quality standards
